• Have the following items handy:
  • You must have your ZESCO Service or Meter Number
  • Copy of NRC or Passport (Certificate of Incorporation if applying as a business)
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (TPIN)
  • If you are renting the premises, Consent Letter from your landlord
  • Single Line Diagram (electrical drawing highlighting the connection of installation) required at the time of site inspection
  • Landmark or GPS Coordinates of the property you wish to connect.
  • Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) certificate of the installer
