SI THE ELECTRICITY (NET METERING) REGULATIONS
APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR NET METERING
- Click the application link (Apply Now) and create a new application.
- Have the following items handy:
- You must be an existing customer
- You must have A service or Meter Number
- Attach Copy of NRC or Passport
- Attach Certificate of Incorporation (if applying as a business)
- TPIN
- If Rented property at Tenancy Agreement
- Landmark or GPS Coordinates of the property you wish to connect.
- Ensure the installer is fully certified.
- Ensure (a Non-Refundable) Administrative Fee of K1,738.00 is paid to the ZESCO Account provided on the left pane, Indicating the Meter No./Phone No. under the bank transfer reference. Proof of payment will be required to be uploaded during the application process.
- Proceed to visit the nearest ZESCO Customer Service Centre for verification of the Proof of Payment.
